I just picked up a 2023 Charger SP WB (6.4L) and will be adding AFE Momentum GT CAI system soon. I was wondering if anyone has devised a sound way to force more air into the CIA. For example, for a Challenger you can add a dynamic air scoop to port air to the CAI via the fog light hole. The Charger does not have fog lights; however, they can be added after market; however, they would be much lower (within the air dam) replacing the small plastic vents. Has anyone added this feature? Ideas on other ways to increase amount of cold air forced into the CAI? Thanks much.

 

The factory CAI such as is available with the Daytona 392 (unsure if it's the same on the Scat Pack) is likely to be more effective than an aftermarket CAI that is open to underhood temperatures. I'm not familiar with the AFE that you mention to know whether it has a sealed box to avoid sucking in underhood air as well. If you can find a Mopar CAI for a good price you may actually be happier (if you're more interested in performance than aesthetics) and you'll avoid potential fitment issues.

Hellcat snorkle, however this may or may not work with an aftermarket CAI. As for forcing air into the CIA......I stay away from government letter agencies.....
