Dodge ChargerThe Dodge Charger. The car that made its competitors shiver in the 60's is reborn in 2006 into a sleek sedan that can still send the competition home wimpering, the Dodge Charger.
I have a 2006 Dodge charger 3.5l and I use it as my daily driver. The car had an issue where the SRS light would turn on and the car would not engage the climate control what so ever. However it would go off after about 5-10 minutes of driving. About 5-6 months ago I hit a huge puddle I didn't see. This caused me to slide into a gutter next to a field wich kicked up corn stalks and all kinds of thatch. I don't have a skid plate so the water that was splashed up under my car is what I was more worried about. I believe that it soaked my fcm or possibly knocked a ground loose. I believe this because the car now constantly has this SRS light on and as it is winter. where I live currently extremely hard to deal with the cold with no heat. I have scanned the vehicle on multiple occasions and these two codes pop up even after clearing them. I am at a loss because I can't find what to do about this problem anywhere. The only thing I have been told is to bring it into a stealership. If I could just get advice on how to go about fixing or at least diagnosing the issue I would be very appreciative. The codes are B212D an airbag code and B2124 a fcm code
This sounds pretty similar to an issue I just tracked down on my 2018 Charger. I also has no climate control, Occupant Restraint System (ORS), ABS, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, and a few other issues. The ORS had a code very similar to what you show above related to ignition run circuit open. The source of my issue ended up being a faulty Run Relay in the rear distribution block (near the battery in the trunk) that was not providing sufficient voltage to the multiple modules. Maybe your car's issue will be equally as simple/inexpensive to fix. In the case of my car, I also could not find any hits on the Internet of similar issues and I took apart way too much of my car to track down the cause.

Yeah that was the only thing I could find on the internet was to check the relay. Thank you I appreciate it I'll check and see if it could be the issue tomorrow.
