I am looking for deep throaty V8 sound that is not too loud for neighbours to jump out of bed every time I start the car, but loud enough the give me that v8 rumble ( hope i explained myself here lol). I'll be getting Flowmaster FX Part 71225 for very cheap off facebook marketplace

#1: Resonators delete, Replace mufflers with Flowmaster FX Part 71225

#2: Replace mufflers with Flowmaster FX Part 71225, keep resonators on

#3: Replace mid mufflers with glasspacks, keep the rear resonators on

Would welcome any suggestions

On the other hand, will the muffer that i mentioned ; Will it fit ideally? Is is 2.25 inches tho and is offset-centre!!

 

I'd suggest just starting with the mid-muffler delete. On my Daytona 392 that's the only exhaust mod and SEVERAL people have commented on how nice it sounds. It doesn't drone on the highway either.

So mid area will be straight pipes then?

 

Correct, cut out the mid-muffler/resonators and replace that missing section with straight pipes, retaining the rear mufflers in the path.
