I tried to reset the MDS as described and nothing. I did all the steps and started driving on a flat road with the cruise at 60mpg. I reset the MPG computer while driving and 20mpg is the best it would do. Is dodge that stupid (or maybe brilliant $$$) to where you have to go into dealership for the car to reset itself. I have about 4000 miles on the car so it shouldn't be break in issue. So after all this I'm a little upset and to make things worse, I run over a Jack rabbit while on the way home. Try telling your wife the bottom her baby is covered with blood and the front chin spoiler is broken.

I know... I'll ask Dr. Z.com

Oh no, sorry to hear about the chin spoiler and that rabbit now asleep at the side of the road!

Too bad that trick didn't work, I've heard other say it works but I haven't had a need to try it... yet.

At least you can have some good home made rabbit stew!
I was heading down the freeway last weekend and the truck right in front of me lost some "Alum Siding" on the road, didn't break the spoiler but I got a few nasty scratches in it, Pi$$ed me OFF[:@]

back on topic
Over the weekend, on about 400 miles round trip, adveraged about 24 mpg. That was traveling in CC most of the time running 79 MPH. That's about 2 MPG better than my wifes Grand Caravan did on the same trip about a month ago.
