whistle noise

I have a mopar cai on my car . When i accelerate slowly i get a whistle noise until the rpm is up around 2000 then it stops and sounds normal . everything is tight no leaks . is this the throttle body i am now hearing. is this normal? I know what you are thinking Why are you accelerating slowly ?--damn it its a hemi stand on it !!!

I believe I've seen other threads about this, not sure if it was Mopar or not. Will post back if I see it again.
