TorRed vs Vintage TorRed vs Mango
Well here you are, a new Charger in TorRed, my beloved Mango, and my 1971 original TorRed GTX.
For you younger guys, this is what TorRed really was like in the old days...

Tex, thanks. I thought people would like to see the differences.
3796, You could order stripes, wings, decals, but I like them stock and not looking too gawdy... I guess the new TorRed is too red for me.
Dave, thank you. I did enjoy it, but it was time for something different, newer, quieter, faster, and able to take long trips...
Thanks for the comments.

I love the TorRed,it looks different shades depending on the time of day. Its red at hight noon and shades more towards orange early and late in the day. I'm sure its the sunlight doing it but its neat how well the paint picks it up
When I take my Daytona out for a spin, I make sure it's sunny out. The Mango paint is flat and bla in the shade -- just like my TorRed GTX was. But in the sun, those colors POP and heads turn and the smiles per mile increase...
