The part numbers you need are 7206-180 and 7206-195 for the 180F and 195F thermostats, the 7206-160 (160f) is not a popular item, and can be obtained through specialist.

Motorad Fail-Safe? thermostats as well as other Motorad products are available at Auto Value Parts Store, Autozone, Canadian Tire, Fisher Auto Parts Stores, O'Reilly, and Parts Source
If the prevalent two stores highlighted don’t stock them they should be able to order them.
