KRC 13.44/103.91mph
A little info on what KRC is doing <edit=> w/5.7.
...We started at 14.2 @ 97 a month ago.

Man we are stoked! We only got one pass due to somebody spilling tranny fluid all over the track. So we did not get to try anything different or cool the car down. We launched the drag radials at 1800rpm and had 32lbs in them. Bob ran a Yellow Daytona Charger, who ran 15.28 @96. That guy wasn't real happy for some reason. The Charger goes to Lakeland Track tonight for holeshot tuning.
This car easily has a 12 sec all motor cold pass in it. Oh yeah, here is the combo again:

KRC 210LX Cam (212LX), non MDS lifters
Dynatech Coated headers/cats
Borla 5" Tip exhaust
Superchips Flashpaq Controller
Airaid intake
BFG Drag radials
One the car settles down into a time frame and is stuck there, I have a very neat mandrel bent cold air intake tube that routes below into the opening and a spring shim mod I'll do. Later fellas!!!

Tex, unless I'm reading this wrong, or maybe not getting it, I am not impressed with the times for all the money spent. Are they saying they put thousands of dollars into a car and it runs .63 faster than me only putting in a Jet 2 chip in a stock Daytona? Maybe I'm missing something here...
Sorry guys didn't mean to imply that I was blown away by this information. This is what's going on w/the Charger out there in the wild. These are mild mods, MDS still intact, and dependable. I believe their still tuning this setup.
LT headers, CATBack, CAI, CAM and Heads added roughly 65 hp bringing their Charger up to 350 hp. In total dollars, my guess is 4000 Hemi Bucks.
It would cost probably 2G more than all the stuff listed above to buy a super charger and bring the hp up to 450 – 500 and would hit those low 12s. I’m not sure how dependable of a ride that would be or if MDS would be intact.

I for one am not really impressed either.Thats with heads,cam,drag radials,and headers that should be dowm in the low 13's to high 12's.They prob got about 5 grand worth of mods go get a super charger.
