Default FOG light bulb code

I just left O’Reilly auto parts and they told me the fog light code 9145 does not register in thier system. Does anyone have a different one that can help me purcahse fog light cool blue bulbs?

I've heard that this bulb the best low cost replacemnt for fogs 65W 7000K XENON HID 9005 SuperWhite.

To find on ebay search for 7000K XENON HID 9005 HB3 9055 9145 SUPERWHITE

Check em out.

That's very wierd. I've been into a few shops here and all seemed to carry the proper 9145 bulbs.

Your best bet I think is to have a search on eBay. Just search for "fog light 9145" or maybe "fog bulb 9145" or something along those lines. Thats where I picked up my Sylvania Silverstar 9145ST's, not to mention the same brand bulbs for the HI's and LO's, and am VERY pleased with them.

That's odd. I've seen 9145's from assorted manufacturers on the rack. Sylvania has it in plain vanilla or SilverStar (9145ST). Couldn't find it in the UltraVision or Cool Blue Series though. The fog light housings on our 300m has a max wattage warning so you might want to double check before going to higher power bulbs. There isn't a lot of air where they are located and the additional heat may tend to warp the plastic housing. The SilverStars are the same wattage so I doubt if those will be a problem.

Freaking O’Reilly, the guys there also insisted the Dodge charger comes in a 2 door.

I wont be going back to shop.
