Stroken
Rumors Heat Performance stroking the 6.1 out to 426 cubic inch. Depending on options (cam & heads) hp will be between 550-600 w/times to be mid 12s. Keep in mind the est. time factors a hefty vehicle weight 4600 lbs, testing on a Magie + driver weight, and also the TX heat. Their planning to test mid-late September.
Once their happy w/the stroked 6.1 their moving onto the 5.7 that will be 392 cubic inches.

Can't wait. Hopefully they sell a complete kit with forged pistons and stronger rods.

Wasn't it Mario Andretti who said "There's no replacement for displacement"? I think Smokey Yunick's version was "You can't beat cubic inches". I like their choice of displacement numbers - classic.
