i have had my charger in the shop 4 times since i bought it. its always the vacume sensor or what ever the gas cap off code is. they say were not getting it on good, but they put it on them selves on the last service and on the way home from the dealership the light came on. what should i do.

 

First of all document. Get a copy of the service request and what they did to fix it or their comments on the issue and file it.

Have them test the cap, those seals go bad.

If possible find another dealer to take your car to.

The code for that cap should be in the P0440-P0445 range. Check the codes your self to verify what code it is, document when it happens and the code.

A side suggestion: Purchase a locking gas cap, I did this for piece of mind that nobody would fiddle with my gas.
