Default SuperChips Sport vs Performance Shift Programs

After running the Super Chips programmer since it was released, I can honestly say there is no reason to EVER use the Performance Shift program. Every once in a while I try it, and my Charger loses it ability to decide what the heck I am trying to do. It may gain you .001 seconds on the drag strip, but on the street it trully sucks.

On the other hand when the Sport mode is selected it is a totally different car. It almost out thinks what your next desire is. Whomever ever designed the program deserves a medal.

If you have never tried the Sport program, give it a shot.

Anyone have a differing opinion?

I have mine on the "performance" program. I was wondering what the "sport" program was like. I too, have noticed little, if any, difference with it set to "performance". I need to see if there are any updates on the internet, then reprogram and I'll try the sport setting this time. I'm still running both the programmer and the JET Stage II chip with no ill effects, so far

Dave,

Did you get to the track with her yet?

You could really shake things up with a good run!

Sorry snakes on a car would have to be about a Mustang Cobra...

Christine already has the haunted car genre wrapped up...

How about one about an car with an engine computer that frustrates thousands of owners by keeping their car from reaching its full potential. Wait thats not a fantasy, that is a reality....
