Hi, I'm a new owner of a an 06 dodge charger SXT.. I love my car but the only thing I hate about it is the headlights.. I converted to HID headlights today and I'm facing some problems..Whenever I turn on the lights while the engine is OFF the xenon lights work beautiful and perfect.. but when i turn on the engine.. the lights go crazy.. like flickering....I dunno how to solve this problem.. any suggestions?!

juvezak,

Sounds like you need a resistor, regulator, or some sort of electronic filter. You could be picking up impulses from the spark plugs, coils, or alternator.

I have the same issue here. I already installed a special harness to deal with the wattage difference.
I think I should try with a relay.

Many think it'sthe source for voltage causing the issue and unfortunatly DCX doesn't consider it an issue. [>:]

In onethread I read about this issue the person turn on their lights then started the car and they worked perfect. If they turn them on after starting the car it would flicker for about 8 minutes then settle down. Have you noticedanything likethat happening?
