Default Playing DVD movies in your stock NAV unit

Well i was looking around to find if theres a mod, product or anything to play DVD movies in the stock unit i found thise on another site.I cant find prices tho (ill hafta call them tommorow).But what do you guys think??? http://www.nav-tv.com/domestic.htm


O is there any one else that has any information on this subject mader please help

Think about someone getting in your car and you Bullit or Dirty Mary Crazy Larry cued up to the Charger seens. Kinda cool.

well ive looked up the website and called the company.to be honest yes it is cool but cool costs 1300 dollars unit needs to be removed and sent in and then reinstalled .honestly i dont think its worth it.ebay has the stock dvd set up for 750 a better deal i think..

Thanks for the info and research you did.

What a crappy marketing ploy. Why pay that much money seems like a new unit was the obovious choice. You would have figured it the cost would come in cheaper not more expensive!

Did the company try to sell you snake oil? Just curious.....................

There was another site called TV and NAV 2GO. You have to send the unit in to them for mods as well. I think their cost was around $450 but you needed to add a seperate DVD player as well at your own expense. I looked into this when I had my Magnum. I have the NAV system on my daytona too but it seems the cost is still way too high to make it worthwhile. That other place you quoted at $1300 is out of their freakin' mind.

Just so you know it's illegal to have any TV/Video operating while the vehicle is in motion where the driver can see it. If you got pulled over you better shut it down.
