stupid question 4
a few times now the car has run sluglish. Both times after washing her. could I be sucking in water through the cai ?. do you have to treat those filter when thier bran new. mine is a mopar,I thought yo only needed to recharge them after kleaning them.
You shouldn't have to treat it when new - I have the same thing. Are you spraying water onto the filer? Unless you're doing that - and I don't think you are - the filter should be OK.
Hey BOBLOM there are no stupid questions.
You may be getting water in the CAI, a little sould not hurt. This would be a good sanity check that you can do... Next time you wash, do it like you usually do then take off the filter and peek inside to see if water is pooling.
