I have a 2006 SRT8 and would like to have more power and to add exhaust to it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what is the best to use?

 

you are going to get soooo many dfferent answers, but i used a full catbact stainless magnaflow exhaust and i love it. not much drown at all nice low tone at idel and when you get on it, it sounds strong. fit and finish where near perfect and the price was the best part. i got it on ebay from a perfect feedback seller and shipping was fast and price was only $500.00 plus $50.00 to ship. its like$1100.00 shipped on there web site. i went with them because they are a big name in the exhaust world and the web site is good and sound clips help. i was going to go borla but i just couldnt spend $800.00 "best i found" when i found this price.

i just ordered the jet chip stage two. im going to install sometime next week. everyone is very happy with it that i talk to. you can go with the programmers to change things in the computer but i have no need to change anything just daily driving the car in the summer. hope i could help just let me know.

I hear that Zoomers is popular too. I'm looking for an exhaust that sounds a little rowdy but I also want to hear myself think when I'm driving too.

 

Look into the Mopar Performance Exhaust, it's OEMed from Corsa.

Jet is the only Chip that I know of for the SRT8. Don't believe SuperChips has got into the SRT8 game yet.

How about some headers.
