HI THERE EVERYONE JUST GOT OF THE MOPARSUPERCENTER WEBSITE THEY HAVE A COUPLE OF NEW GOODIES IN LIKE A SECOND TORQUE CONVERTER AND THE NEW TRANNY PCM ,NOT BADLY PRICED I MIGHT ADD.208 FOR THE TCM AND 288 FOR TORQUE CONVERTER.BEFORE I BUY IT I WANT TO SEE WHAT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IT AND THE HEAT PERFORMANCE TCM IS ,DOES ANYBODY KNOW ? THE HEAAT PERFORMANCE IS BASICLLY THE AMG 500 PROGRAM CURIOUS WHAT THE PERFORMANCE CENTER TCM DOES ? AND WHICH IS BETTER .DAMN FORGOT TO TAKE the caps lock off sorry not retyping it ...sorry to zedd in advance i know it irritates him.

 

my buddy jur had dealer install mopar headers , superchip, magnaflows,heads, new mopar pmc,cam, and convertor for 5 grand.
all off that for 5 g's sounds great.
now this is in a go mango daytona with stock hood.
let me tell ya, this car is now srt or more .
and im next .
he got it all from mopar.

I doing the hide-n-see thing on these new TCM's. I've also seen Stage I and Stage II TCM out there. I believe both Heat and High Horse have them but their each doing their own mods to them so both vendors have different flavors of Stage I & II.

 

hi all just got of the phone with jeff from moparperformancecenter.com and here is the scope at least on the tcm the 2 units the unit from high horse and the mopar performance unit are nearly the same the mopar one being better because of firmer shift points .but will only work with the mopar cam and torque converter ,but some comp in the next week or soo is making a custom setup with the tcm and pcm to work better with the units im installing ,i highly recommend talking with this jeff fella very knowledgable guy.so if you have a project up your sleve and want some tips and a knudge in the right direction it would be worth giving him a call.

I also saw that if your using a SuperChip Flashpaq you should return to stock prior to instlling a new TCM. Tuck this away for the future when you upgrade the TCM.

I also heard that the you should also upgrade the PCM when upgrading to the Mopar TCM and porbably others. We'll hide-in see on this.

 

that much is true but i am going to get the pcm and tcm just that the right combo is as important as geting the right part.so i wont be able to get the tcm and pcm untill later this month because a new one is coming out that will be more suitable to my application .but if you just wanna do a cam install taht mopar makes and upgrade to the mopar tcm and pcm and the torque conv thats set up is done but since im shooting a few levels higher then that of mopar performance i have to wait untill a custom set rolls along a the next couple of weeks
