First of all welcome to the forum mrcho.

Unless you have a top notch exhaust shop they are not going to mandrel bend the pipe. The bolt on third part systems are Mandrel bent and will produce the best flow for the exhaust. Mandrel bending keeps the inner dimension the same through the bend. Normal muffler shops don’t have Mandrel equipment and their bends will have kinks thought them. The kinks are just that and do not attribute themselves to smooth air flow.

If you have an R/T your exhaust must deal with the dreaded drone disorder. The drone not only produced from MDS but from 8 cylinders between 15-25K rpm will drill through your head.

Some folks don’t mind the drone some hate it. The sound highly subjective to your personal taste.

Take your time look around and listen to exhausts and sound clips of different exhausts. Keep in mind that a throaty sound from the exterior may be producing the dreaded drone sound inside the car’s cabin. Search the Charger sections on this forum for exhaust and you will find many threads for your reading pleasure.

There are only a couple of CATBack systems (bolt on) that don’t produce drone on the Chargers. Zoomers & Corsa will remove drone followed by Borla and some others.

Good luck on your exhaust quest!
