Default Anyone have an extra front plate bracket?

I came out of a store today and the front platebracketon my Chargerwas smashed up. It looks like someone ran into me square- front to front in the parking spaces. If I have to, I'll buy one from the dealer, but I thought I'd rather throw a few dollars at a member that has one and doesn't needit because he (or she) is lucky enough to be in a "no front plate state." I'll beveryhappy to pay for shippingand a coupla bucks for the thing. I haven't checked with a dealer what they cost, anyone know that? Anyway, anyone interested in getting rid of theirs? Best Regards.

Thank you for sharing(?),and I mostly agree with you. The reality is that I had a plate bracket on there because the dealer says he had toput it on due to an Illinois state law. The next partis-- that because onewas on there, even when I take the brokenbracketoff, there remains four screw holes. These used to be occupied bythe screws thatmounted the bracket to the bumper. This is why I only mostly agreed with you above. No bracket with four holes does not look better than a bracket covering the holes. No bracket with no holes looks best, but without a majorhassle to repair my front bumper and then, continued hassles from our local police force, itis not currently the most attractive option.

That is of course just my opinion. You, as always, are welcome to yours.

if you want to cover the holes you can go to the auto store and get a dodge plate. will look better.there on ebay the say dodge or charger ect. i did that on my ram because dealer already put plate on. next time if the plate is not on tell them you dont want it on. law or not its your choice to do so not the dealers call. good luck.
