Need help from the brain trust
Hey guys, don't hate me cause I'm a chevy guy.
My wife really wants a Charger. Nothing fancy like a lot of you guys have (nice rods by the way).
Anyway, we have an old Intrepid and I had some real bad issues with the stearing linckage. To be exact, they used a rubber busing on the inner tie rod ends that disintigrated when petroleum products were present. Not the best design idea in my book. After replacing them for the third time, they finally made some polyurethane bushings in the aftermarket.
I was wondering if this problem was still present since the Charger has the same rack and pinion set up as the old intrepid???
Thanks guys.
