there are alot of people running ramair hoods. if you pay a little extra i think you can get a kit to make the hoodscoop functional. or you could go with an srt hood, and i dont know if there are anyways to make the scoop functional on those or not.if the SRTs come from the factory with a functional scoop, then you will be able to make it functional. if not, there might be some kits out there.

Johndcjr1989 is right a lot of folks have the RAMAir Hood. Both version are functional, one vents to the OEM airbox the other vents to their intake box.

The SRT hood is also functional, not for intake but it vents over the headers to cool them.

So we have a better idea how to narrow the scope what would reasonable be?

I am looking at theRamAir hood from RK Sport. I have a buddy at work that has delt with them on several occassions and is happy with them. I believe the Charger hood at RK Sport is running around $800 and, if memory serves, is a funtional RamAir hood.

I just looked at the RK Sport ram air hood - says it's functional. But, doesn't look like much of an opening. Any idea how high the opening is?
