hey their guys my dad owns a 1993 dodge dynasty V6 3.0L well see you the problem is that the tensioner hub jumps up and down as you turn on the car and the serpentine belt slips out, my dad thought that maybe he didn't tighten the hub tight enough but the problem persisted, so we replaced the belt just to eliminate that problem and he took off the hub and put it back on. The problem of the hub jumping up and down stopped but now the belt continues to slip out and everything is tight so what could it be ? ANY IDEAS ? Friend told us maybe the tensioner went bad but my dad said that the tensioner is no more than a year old so could it have gone bad again ?
