I can't find a slot that I feel is right for my car in this forum (90 acclaim) so I hope I have guessed correctly. My headlights, tail lights, and brake lights will not come one. The side markers will come on but will not flash. The parking lights come on. The turn signals won't work. I have checked all of the appropriate fuses in the dash and they are fine. I replaced the headlight switch but it made no difference.

There is a component called a lamp outage module that is referenced in the electrical circuits for the lights. What is it? Where is it? and what does it do?
