hello, iam new to this site . i have a few questions on a 64 dodge half ton 2wd longbed that my g/f grandmother is giving to me for freethis would be my first dodge veh . the truck has been sitting for 10 plus years but body and interior are in good shape.the truck has a 318 from what iam told and auto trans.my qustion is does anyone know how difficult it would be to convert the truck to 4x4 i am thinking dana 44 front and rear . would i be able to use existing frame or am i looking at finding a 4x4 chassis and swapping body on to it?depending on whether i can convert this to 4wd is going todepend on which direction my build will go on it. thanks for any input and info.
