Default 67 Monaco 300 electrical problem-help

67 Monaco, 2 dr 440 has been at an upholstery shop back storage for a year getting the interior restored. The guy started it two months ago and it ran fine. Yesterday a buddy and I went to get the car for a guy who is doing the complete restoration and the car is electrically dead. Fully charged battery and nothing on the car lights up. Jumped hot from battery to starter post on the solenoid ?? on the fender and got the starter to spin but beyond that we have no power to the car. We know nothing about Dodge wiring and wondering what could have died since it was started 2 months ago. Is that wiring block on the fender actually a solenoid/relay and could it have failed to cause this?. It has a hot 12 ga lead coming from the postitive on battery, two other 16 ga leads going into the harness to firewall, one 12 ga lead going to the starter as I recall. Could this block be bad and cause no power to the car?? All fuses under dash appeared ok. Ground must be good because the starter spinned well.
Any ideas?? We will be doing work on it tomorrow but just wondered if anyone out there knows a common issue with these old monaco's. thanks
