My 1969 440 has been idling rough + power loss the engine was rebuilt 5years ago never a problem the carb is new fuel filter and fuel pump gas gauge off 1/4 tank lately the engine hiccups on the passenger side funny noise from that side of exhaust too[X(]

 

Sounds like you need to check upper motor.( compression, timing )
