Well, have you tried a hammer?
Loosen the nut till its flush with the top of the threads, so you dont harm the threads.
Put a ballpean hammer on the column with the handle under the wheel. Pull up hard with your knees and the hammer then hit the ball end very hard with another ballpean.
Use big hammers and I'm assuming you've already soaked it with penetrating oil.
Its how I use to remove wheels when I worked at an autowrecker.
Stuck steering wheels would pop right off. Some took a couple hits.
