Can someone please tell me the year/model of this emblem?

Default Can someone please tell me the year/model of this emblem?

I found this emblem in my grandfather's garage after he passed (he was a mechanic for many years) along with about a dozen others from the same time period in a box. This is the only one I haven't been able to identify. I think it's from the grill of a 1937-38 Dodge truck except the wings are reddish & there's no "USA" on the bottom (export?). I was hoping someone might know. Thank you

I think you're on the right track. Looks very similar to the emblem of my 1937 Dodge D-5, but no longer have the emblem to give more details. Sure looks to be of that era.

Here's a photo of my 1937 Dodge D-5 4-door sedan. You can still see the outline of the emblem which got lost some years ago. The approx. measurements in the photo might help you narrow down the year and model of your emblem.
