Default 73 power wagon power steering

I have a 73 power wagon with a factory 360 at 140k. Got the truck 2 weeks ago and the guy had already put some 33 tires on it and aligned. Truck drives very smooth but today I had the power steering pump blow up on me. Question is: I know it probably blew due to the heavy tires. Will I be OK just replacing the pump with a new OEM part or is there a more heavy duty pump that I need to throw on there?

I ran 33-12.50's and never had a PS issue. Should be fine with OEM.
