Default 1973 power wagon vacuum amplifier

Changing out my factory valve covers on 360 1973 w100 with mopar performance VC. Was wondering if I can delete the vacuum amplifier that is bracketed onto the factory valve cover or if I have to relocate.

Guess it would depend on your local emissions code.

Some info on the system............

I took it out. Don't need to smog it. Thanks. What else can I delete permanently?
