Ive got a 63 Dodge Townwagon 2WD (D100) with a 318 v8 & 4 on the floor and am curious as to what 5 Speed manual transmission would match up out of a newer Dodge truck. I know the bolt pattern has to line up and match but curious if anyone has any knowledge of a possible match to guide me along the right path. 5 speed overdrive? Automatic the way to go instead? Anything would help greatly.

 

Is it a poly or was it swapped for a LA? Not so good with manuals but there where some differences. The link may help some.
