I received this for my 66 Dodge Coronet. I want to decode this so as to repro the factory data plate which is missing and repro a window sticker. I do not have a build sheet.\. Is there anyone willing to decode this for me or know someone who can?

 

At one time, Chrysler used to reprint the build sheets. However, since they are now part of Stellantis, I don't know if that still holds. You might try over at Alpar. They might be able to help rather than a mostly Dodge site like this one.
