Get a copy of Old Cars Price Guide. Photos often show something better than it really is. I ran a salvage yard and would take pictures of junkers I was parting out. The pictures looked like a really nice car, but in person they were piles of parts. OPG has a 1 to 5 rating. #1 is absolutely perfect. Those are very, very rare. #3 is really nice and that's what your car looks like. #2 is a fresh restoration. The business coupe is one of the more sought after bodies.
I won't say it's worth a certain amount as I don't deal with them on a regular basis anymore. Auction might get you the best price but a professional appraiser can help you better than I can.
I don't think that is all original, Looks like the interior was redone and i doubt that is original paint. Good shape regardless, How did you acquire it? Check out Hemmings and Hagerty. There is another forum that has way more traffic than this one for these kind of vehicles. You may get a better idea from people who have/sold them etc.
