I am doing a little research and need some pics of the 90-91 V8 engines in the Dakotas. Word has it that these came with a serpentine belt system on the LA 318. I looked on ebay for any for sale but only 1 came up and it was a V6. I looked at Ramchargers of same year and they don't have a serpentine belt. So I am wondering if this is a fact or not. If it is true, I am interested in seeing how the bracketry is mounted to the cylinder head. Does these LA heads have additional mounting holes (like the magnum heads) or is there a bracket that does the work.
I think these were only on the specialty trucks, like Lil Red or Shelby....
Thanks,
Mark

Reason: more info
The serp systems have a tentioner and a stationary idler(depending on the motor/ac or not). I believe they have a aluminum bracket that holds some of the accessories similar to the magnums.
