Default Is this ricer?

Considering I would post this on chryslerforums.com but that place is dead, im currently restoring a 64 chrysler 300 so do you think putting a new air cleaner on it (the old one has a dent in it) would be ricerish? This is what it looks like below, also if I did get this then I would want new valve pans that match.

Why would it? I would like to get a set for my 360 arrow project.

I don't think you could make a '64 300 'ricer' no matter what you did to it.......

Anything can be over done or done wrong, AKA ricer.

Those are really nice pieces from Mopar and they look great. If you get the valve covers be prepared to buy longer bolts if you use the gaskets that come with them, at least I had to, and you'll need to use a 1/4" drive socket as they have a thin enough wall to get over the bolt heads and fit between it and the valve covers. I've done quite a bit to mine and it's far from ricer, some is dress up and most is performance, see.
