hey folks, i got a '66 A-100 van with a '78 318 n 727. the trans has a short tailshaft. i also have a '67 383 n 727 with the long tailshaft. i wanna put the 383 in the van n the 318 in a '58 rambler i got. can i just switch the tailshafts or are they not interchangable??
