Hi,

I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota. I'm receiving computer codes442 & 445 (EVAP system). I replaced the vacuum hose above the gas tank but I'm still getting the error code. I've heard that I should replace the gas cap as well. Is there anything else I should do... am I missing something?

check ur leak detection pump, under the fuse/relay box in the engine bay

 

Mine was saying the same thing . Check the vacume hose in the engine bay mine was cracked there .
