Default motor cuts out

My 2.5 engine blew in my 99 sport, so I replaced it with a 2.5 H2 jeep wrangler motor since both were supposed to be the same AMC motor. My check engine light came on and it sputters around 2500rpms, but is fine before and after 2500rpms.I got Autozone to test my computer and sensors and the said that they were good. I replaced the plugs and rotor button and got them to reset my computer. They said something about a floor sensor but I don't know what that is. Could the hp difference or fuel setup be causing my problems? At first the truck flooded, but I think that it may have stopped. I used the injectors from my 99 2.5. Just wondering if anyone knew before I went to buying distribiters, coil packs, etc. thanks

Default RE: motor cuts out

maybe the fuel preasure rate is incorect at that band, but your tps would have to do with that. I would look up the part numbers on your injectors, and cross reff.
