how hard is it to replace the washerfluid bottle on a 1999 dakota?

I am not getting any fluid to squirt on the windows - i hear the washer pump running but the fluid does not come out. I have checked the ends of the hoses for blockages and there are none. Once in a while the fliud will come out but lately nothing.

I want to remove the bottle and see if there is something in there that is blocking the feed to the pump.
