Drivers Side Wheel Stiff

I have a '99 Dodge Dakota Sport, 6 cylinder, 2 wheel drive. Like the subject said my driver side front wheel is stiff. I can spin the front passenger side no problem. Any ideas?

Drivers Side Wheel Stiff

Sounds as if the caliper might be sticking a little. Does it pull to the left a little while driving?</P>
