I've noticed that when I am parked and I crank my steering wheel all the way to one side or another I drop RPM from idle to almost a stall for about 1 second. The other day it actually did stall when I did this (with my gf in the truck, who complains about minor problems like you would NOT believe). Has anyone else had this happen? Is this indicative of a larger problem? Its never actually stalled before this, but it has alway dropped.

Also, when I idle it sounds normal for about 10 seconds, then the idle changes and I head a fast ticking for about 5 seconds. Over and over all the time.
