Default Seeking Engine Weight
Can anyone provide the base weight of the 3.9 litre V6 from a Dakota.

I'm considering an engine swap and want to consider power/torque issues in conversion.

well this isn't a whole lot of help but a 5.2 318 with just a bare block weighs about 153 lbs. so the 3.9 would be a little less than that.

maybe 100lbs . all it is is 2 more cylinders so..
