bought a 2005 Quad, want to change overhead consule
Hey guys, I am new to the dodge world, I was a ranger and Saleen mustang guy, now im a dakota and saleen mustang guy, and i love the truck. So my Dakota is an SLT and for an overhead consule, it simply has lights. My question is, is it possible to wire up the nicer compass option overhead? has anyone tried it?, is it wired for it? please let me know. Also I have the chrome and grey plastic bumper with foglights, i think i am going to try to get the painted front bumper and the fog lights should fit i believe right? the ones i have now are circular and i beleive the painted bumpers have the same rounded fogs. thanks guys. A company on Ebay sells the overhead computer for around 300 bucks.
You can also look at the Scangauge and the Dashhawk. Both should work on the 05.
Try a search on the 3rd gen forum and you should get a posting about this.

Don't know about the console, but the bumpers are the same, painted or gray or chrome.
