Default Rough Idle

When I bought this truck it had a rough idle so I replaced the IAC. The big problem with this is mainly when I am driving down the road the truck seems to clog up and not get enough fuel and spudders. I have to throw it in neutral and rev it high and then put it in drive in order to get it going again. I ran some fuel injector cleaner through it and it quit doing that for a good month. Yesterday it started up again and I'm not sure what is causing it to act this way. I also looked into o2 sensor relay fuses but couldn't find any. And suggestions?

check for a clogged fuel filter or a vacuum leak .. Both can cause what you are describing.

What year is your truck so I can move this into the correct section?
