Default A couple of newbie questions

First off, I want to ask you guys about the only real problem I've had with the truck. This has only happened three times... but I don't think it should happen ever. The truck has stalled when in reverse. Twice when I had the steering wheel cut pretty hard, and once I swear it died when I put it into reverse. Has this happened to anyone?

Also, since I plan on towing my Neon with my truck, I'd like to get some more power out of it. I have the 3.9L. What intakes are good for these trucks? What about exhaust? [What is the stock exhaust size?]

That's it for now. Thanks guys.

I know once right after I started my truck up and put it in reverse it stalled. Don't know what caused it but I haven't had a problem with it since. I've had the same thing happen with my car and thats a stick. It is weird. Anyway. Here is a link where you can pic from a couple of intake manufacturers. http://dakota-durango.com/parts.php?page=airintakes I got mine from http://www.intenseperformance.com and I love it. A lot of guys like these too. http://www.360airintakez.com As far as the exhaust, I"m not sure about the size. But any aftermarket muffler will open it up and give you some more power. I've got the 40 series Flowmaster on mine and I love it. I've got a V8 so it sounds great. I've heard a couple of guys have put them on the V6s and they like them on there too. You could give that a try.

Mine has stalled a couple of times when I put it into reverse to back into the driveway or a parking spot. It is usually when the tires are turned pretty tight. Dealer cannot reproduce so I have no answer!
