so I got the p0601 coed on truck starting running rough so I replaced the ecm and acts exactly the same with the new ecm one min wont start next u have to give gas to start then another it will start idle then runs bad once u drive it need help please

check ground for computer, is battery light on by any chance?
Common Misdiagnoses

• PCM is replaced when the root cause is improper voltage to the PCM
• PCM is replaced when the root cause is defective PCM ground circuits
