Default Evap issues please help

I have a 2003 Dakota v8 4.7 4wd and a while back I got code p0441 and now I'm getting that and p0442. In the course of over three months I've replace the purge valve, evap pump and gas cap. All hoses look fine. I really am stumped at this point. I was reading in another thread and they said if you top off your tank too much it could cause damage to the purge system. Which I used to do every time
I filled up. So I'm guessing it has something to do with that. Just needing to know what the possibilities of problems I have at this point. As in what do I need to replace now?

Please provide vehicle details (year, model, engine, drivetrain, etc.) so this can be moved to the appropriate technical section.
