Default Dodge dakota drivers high beam problems

I have a 2005 Dodge Dakota and the drivers high beam doesn't work. I've replaced the bulb, the dealer recommended changing the fuse box and module and still nothing. Any ideas?

There was power AT the headlamp or there wasn't. Did they just tell you this over the phone?

There is no power going to the high beam wire on the drivers side. I took it to dodge and bought the part they said needed to be replaced (from dodge. ) but when I got the car back it still has the same problem.
