Hey everybody, I am newbe on this forum as well as with Dakota 97 which is actually my wife's but anyway I have some questions someone perhaps had experience with... The headlight switch works very unreliable that means when I pull it out fully there is no headlights, they only appear when I push it slightly back. I understand it's just a lousy contact there so I would like to know is there a possibilty to fix it someway without going to dealership service. I am not sure if I can safely remove the instrumental panel without breaking it to get access to the switch...Are there some bolts or it's just fixed on some clamps? ...And is it worth time to try to fix it myself, or better to go to service? ...Anyway we have some problem with the left blinker (higher blinking speed) and cig lighter (we smoke, guilty, your honour ..[8D] ..) ...Can anyone tell me how much it will cost with servicing it at the dealership ..?
