Default 95' Ram 1500 318 to 97' Dakota 318

My 97 Dakota (130k) started losing oil pressure when I come to a stop a while back. I replaced the oil pump with a hi volume - hi pressure one but it didnt help. I wanted an engine to rebuild with some HP goodies in the meantime, and found a deal I couldnt' pass up -- 52 bucks for a complete 318 from a 95 Ram 1500. The guy told me it's the same engine, but I'm not so sure. When looking for rebuild kits, it appears to be a different engine. Does anyone know if there is going to be a problem with the swap?

Same engine, all parts will directly interchange from 92-present on all 5.2 and 5.9 engines with obvious exception of the internals(pistons, rings, crank, etc..)
